Wire binding for construction 

There are four stage for making the Wire binding for construction:drawing,annealed,chlorhydric acid washing, Zinc coating.the material is low carbon steel.  Wire binding package is small coil or large coil, spool wire , straight cut wire or U type wire,the wire binding packing standard is 25kg/coil, 50kg/coil; Also according to customers request, like 1kg/coil, 5kg/coil, 10kg/coil, Pallet is availableand the package is  Plastic inside and woven outside or Plastic inside and hessian outside. Wire binding is rust-resistant, and very versatile in applications.

Raw material

The material of galvanised wire is mild steel.

The  process of making Galvanized wire
 
1 . Galvanized wire`s first stage is drawing
We use powder and mold for the first stage .
The powder is used as lubricant , which is made of soap and butter . The mold is hidden behind the powder.

2 . Galvanized wire`s second stage is annealed
 
Anneal is to low the wire's tensile strength, and It's annealed in stove.


3 . Galvanized wire`s third stage is chlorhydric acid washing
 

4 . Galvanized wire`s fourth stage: Zinc coating

Packing : Inside plastic film , outside weaving bag . Coil weight 10 kg , 25kg , 50kg , 100kg , 500 kg or according to you .
